Threshold check happens before ranking — not after
Most job boards rank by keyword overlap and leave visa math to you. We do it the other way around. Before any role is scored, the matcher cross-checks its advertised salary against the 2026 visa threshold for your target route. Roles that cannot legally sponsor you at that salary are filtered out first. Only survivors get ranked on skills fit, sponsor history, and location.
United Kingdom — £41,700
Skilled Worker general threshold
Roles below the going rate for their SOC code or the £41,700 general floor are excluded before ranking, so every UK match is one you can actually be sponsored for.
Germany — €45,300
EU Blue Card general threshold
General Blue Card roles must clear €45,300; shortage occupations use the reduced floor. The matcher applies the correct band per occupation before scoring.
United States — prevailing wage
H-1B / PERM wage levels
US roles are checked against the prevailing wage for the occupation and area. Anything advertised below the required wage level never reaches your shortlist.
Canada — median wage
LMIA / Express Entry bands
Canadian postings are compared against the provincial median wage for the NOC code, which determines LMIA requirements and high- vs low-wage stream treatment.
Australia — AUD $73,150
Skills in Demand / TSMIT
Australian roles must meet the Temporary Skilled Migration Income Threshold of AUD $73,150 plus market salary rate. Under-threshold postings are filtered before ranking.
Why this order matters
Filter → rank → explain
Filtering first means your top-10 list contains zero false hope. Every card shows the visa route and the threshold it passed, so you can verify the math yourself before applying.
AI finds the jobs, you write the application by hand
Here is our hard line: the matcher is for discovery, never for writing. We ban AI-generated resumes and cover letters on this platform, and for good reason. Recruiters now screen for AI fingerprints — generic phrasing, hallucinated metrics, identical cover letters from fifty applicants — and visa officers treat misrepresentation as a refusal ground. One fabricated job title can end your application permanently.
So the workflow is deliberate: the AI narrows 2,800+ openings to the ten you genuinely qualify for, with the visa route and threshold margin shown on each card. Then you switch the AI off. You write every bullet from real experience, in your own words, with zero AI fingerprint. To make that step easy, our country-specific resume builder gives you the correct format per destination — German tabellarischer Lebenslauf with photo rules, UK two-page CV without photos, Canadian resume conventions, Australian selection-criteria layout — while every word stays yours.
Employers can tell the difference between a templated AI letter and a human who actually read the posting. The matcher gets you to the right ten doors. Your own honest application opens one.
